TimberTech composite decking includes a 30-year limited warranty that covers deck board fades and stains. Our favorite option for building residential composite, AZEK deck boards by TimberTech include a lifetime limited warranty that can cover various types of damage, including:

- Splitting
- Cracking
- Fungal or pest-related decay
TimberTech warranties and guarantees are applicable to the original owner of the product, with warranty transfers allowable within the first five years of the warranty period. That makes this material ideal for homeowners wishing to upgrade their property before selling.
Deckorators Decks Warranties
Deckorator offers two types of flooring, each with their own limited warranties:
- Wood & Plastic Composite: 25-year limited warranties against stains, fades, and structural problems
- Mineral-Based Composite: 50-year limited warranty against structural problems and a 25-year limited warranty against stains and fades
Trex Warranties
